Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm
Athletes will build swimming skills, teamwork, and confidence in the water. During practice, players will participate in drills, strength building exercises, ball-handling techniques, and basic game strategies.
Each session includes:
Warm-up exercises to build comfort and mobility in the water
Passing, shooting, and dribbling drills to develop coordination
Team-based activities to encourage cooperation and communication
Mini-scrimmages to apply skills in a fun, low-pressure environment
